In day-to-day life people are so inundated by responsibilities, tv/radio/internet, and other distractions that they do not know how to ‘turn-off’ the chatter. Even when they sit still, their minds are racing. The result is that many people feel chronically tired, over stimulated and unable to tune in to their higher selves.
